Returns:
Online purchases: You must notify us by e-mail within 7 days of receipt and the returned item must be new, unused, and in resalable condition.
please do not return any items without e-mailing us first to get a return authorization number.

In order to help us process your return in a timely manner please follow the following guidelines:

1. Indicate how you received the item. Are you the purchaser? Are you returning a gift?

2. If you are the purchaser, please include the venue where the item was purchased along with a transaction ID.

3. If you are returning a gift, please include the name and address of the purchaser along with your name and
email address. This information is required in order to process a refund.

4. Please let us know the reason for the return.

5.Please package the item sufficiently to prevent damage and mail it to the return address provided with your return authorization.

Shipping charges are not refundable and the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund
Returns are valid for domestic returns only we will not accept returns from other countries.

Refunds:
Credit Card Purchases: Your refund will be credited to the original credit card.

Paypal: Refunds can only be made to the original paypal account used to purchase the item.

Gift Recipients: Your refund will be issued in the form of a credit good for purchases at our website only.

Tax: The appropriate tax amount charged by us will be included with your refund.

Discounts and Promotions: If your purchase was a discounted item or a gift with purchase, the refund value for the item returned
will be reduced to reflect it's value as a free gift or discounted item.
